Booking and Retainer
A signed agreement and required retainer are needed to reserve your date.
Weddings: A 50% retainer is required when the wedding is scheduled and the agreement is signed. The retainer is fully refundable if the wedding is cancelled at least 3 weeks before the scheduled wedding date. The remaining balance is due no later than 3 days before the wedding.
All Other Sessions: A $100 retainer is required to reserve your session date. The retainer is fully refundable if the session is cancelled at least 1 week before the scheduled session date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session.
The retainer is applied toward the total cost of your photography services and allows LM Photography to reserve your date specifically for you.
Photography Use and Privacy
Your privacy is important to me. Photographs of children will not be posted publicly or used for marketing purposes without the direct consent of the parent or legal guardian. This includes photographs used on social media, websites, advertising, portfolios, or other public platforms
Privacy: LM Photography will not use photographs of children for public or promotional purposes unless the parent or legal guardian has specifically provided written consent.
However, giving permission to use photographs does not transfer ownership or copyright of the photographs to any participants.
Your Photos and Gallery
As I sort through all of the images from your session, I carefully select and edit the photographs that best represent you and the special moments we captured. While I do not edit or share every image from your session, I strive to provide the best photograph(s) of each pose and the beautiful expressions and priceless moments that make your session special.
All edited images are delivered through a private online gallery where you can view and download your photographs.
Printing: Please reach out to me for professional printing options. I highly recommend using professional print services rather than 1-hour photo labs, as some consumer labs may alter color, cropping, or print quality and may not accurately represent my finished work.
